Much of the driving force behind the company of ESP Consulting Ltd. comes from the dynamic energy emanating from the managing partner, Penny Robart .

Penny's unique approach to the needs of the community of Williams Lake and the surrounding area arises largely from the bond of kinship she formed while growing up here in the Lake City . Her goal has always been to make a difference. Penny avers, “Keep your eye on the ball and maintain positivity and focus. Know when to get back on track, continue to work with passion, vision, and believe in what you do!” Penny's greatest desire is to create a helpful, positive, friendly work place which will stimulate others to feel comfortable and welcome coming through our doors. Penny is the Project Manager of Partners In Employment.

Greg Robart is the Project Manager for the Wage Subsidy Program. As a partner with ESP Consulting he plays a key role with responsibility for the research and development of program and consulting services related to training, business development, human resource management and organizational change.

ESP Consulting Welcomes Denny Fahrentholz to the Targeted Wage Subsidy Program In 100 Mile House. He comes to us with a wealth of education and experience in banking (FICB Hon) and non-profit management (Certificate through Centre of Philanthropy and SFU), and past experience managing the Targeted Wage Subsidy program in Clearwater . He has great connection to the community of 100 mile with an in-depth knowledge of the employment climate and the Employers needs. In working with Targeted Wage Subsidy, he can apply his skills in communication, personnel management, training, and facilitation to assist both our clients and employers achieve their goals.

Jerry Price is a familiar face at ESP as he has been with us for over 5 years as our Career Decision Making facilitator. Jerry is also one of our Employment Consultants and does what he likes best, motivate and help people and realize their full potential. Jerry is a qualified Myers Briggs Type Indicator practitioner, Certified Instructor, and Job Club Facilitator. He has worked with hundreds of individuals from all walks of life and we are very fortunate to have him as part of our team.

Pamela Webb started at ESP Consulting as the Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. She soon moved into a supporting position in the Resource Room after which she assumed the role of Resource Room Coordinator. Pamela is now working with clients as an Employment Consultant, and is still able to maintain her activities as a Facilitator for the many short duration workshops ESP offers. Pam looks forward to serving clients and is constantly reeducating in order to be in “top form.”

  Wage Subsidy Regional Coordinator

Laurie Walters has worked lived and played in Williams Lake for over 30 years. She has been working with ESP Consulting for many years as our Marketing Coordinator on a part time basis and has now joined as a full time employee as an Employment Consultant and more recently the TWS Coordinator. Laurie brings to her new position a positive attitude and a strong desire to assist people with their career choices and goals. Laurie is currently continuing her education towards a Diploma in Adult Education Advanced Instructors Training so that she can broaden her skills as a Facilitator. Lori Eppinger recently moved here from Fort St. John where she worked as an Employment Advisor for at-risk youth. She brings with her a background in Human Resources and a passion for working with people. Lori started her career at ESP Consulting as a Resource Room Assistant in October 2006, and quickly moved into the Administrative Assistant Position. March 2007 she began her new position as an Employment Consultant. Lori loves the warmth and beauty of Williams Lake and is very excited to be a part of the ESP Consulting team!

Margaret's warm personality and caring attitude makes her a valuable addition to ESP Consulting team.

Lory Rochon joined the ESP group November, 2006 as our JobWave Case Coordinator in the 100 Mile office. Lory has extensive experience in the social service environment with over 10 years experience as a Youth Care worker, Special Education Learning Assistant and substitute teacher. Her education includes a Social Service Worker Certificate and Teaching Assistant Diploma. Lory's organization skills and dedication, as well as her passion for assisting individuals realize their full potential, are a definite asset to the ESP team and the Job Wave program.
